On March 27, a girl was detained on Nevsky Prospekt in Saint Petersburg for staging a performance. It's Evgenia Isaeva, an enthusiast of the Kolomna Good Neighbor community.

A girl dressed in a white dress climbed the steps of the city council tower and poured a jug of red paint over herself. On the stairs, she unfurled a poster with pacifist text. The activist then spread her arms and stood chanting “The Heart bleeds” until the police arrived.

There were people on the spot at that moment who advised the girl to “set herself on fire”, and then talked to the police about something. The action lasted about seven minutes - Yevgenia was put into an police car and taken away.

In addition, the police were interested in an older woman who had an issue of "Novaya Gazeta" in her hands. She was asked to be remove it, but no one was detained.
