The Netherlands allocate €10 million to support the investigation and prosecution in Ukraine.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Hanke Bruins Slot announced this at the final press conference following the international conference "Restoring Justice for Ukraine" in The Hague.
"This year, the Netherlands allocate €10 million to support the investigation and prosecution in Ukraine. Impunity thrives through silence. Today we spoke out. We said it in a single, clear, and loud voice. We do not recognize impunity. Neither in Ukraine nor elsewhere," she said.
She also noted that the first claims have been submitted to the Register of Losses caused by Russian aggression against Ukraine.
"Today there are more than 100 of them, while less than 18 months ago it was just an idea," she said.
