The State Property Fund has announced an auction for the privatization of a 99.5% state-owned stake in the Odessa Port Plant.
The auction will take place on the Prozorro.Sales platform on November 25, 2025. Applications to participate must be submitted by November 24 at 20:00.

- Number of shares for sale: 795,083,903 ordinary registered shares (99.5% of the company’s authorized capital)
The plant includes 45 real estate and infrastructure units—production, service, and logistics complexes; workshops; administrative buildings; a greenhouse and vegetable complex; a medical and wellness center; the “Carpathian Stars” boarding facility; and a training and sports rowing base—totaling 285,449 m².
As of June 30, 2025, the company employs 1,436 people.
Land information: 32 registered plots totaling 262.9354 ha, including:
- Permanent use rights: 252.4121 ha
- Lease rights: 4.6894 ha
- Servitude rights: 5.8339 ha
The sale conditions include 14 points, according to which the buyer of the shares must ensure their fulfillment from the date of transfer of ownership.
