In a comment to the Military Media Center, military expert Colonel Petro Chernik noted that very serious and historic events are currently unfolding in Israel.

He stated, "The terrorist organization 'Hamas' has attacked the country, and Israel has entered a very serious phase of military confrontation. I want to emphasize that 'Hamas' would not have carried out this attack without comprehensive support, primarily from Russian intelligence services and Israel's main antagonist, Iran. I am one hundred percent sure that they were the ones behind this operation. However, there is one important detail: the Russians have started actively spreading disinformation. They claim that 'Hamas' is armed with weapons provided by Ukraine or that Ukraine somehow transfers weapons it received from allies. This is fundamentally impossible. Firstly, in geopolitical terms, Israel is a strategic ally of Ukraine, despite not directly providing weapons to Ukraine. But there is reliable information that aid packages are being developed."

Israeli weapons will be supplied to Europe, and European weapons will be delivered to Ukraine. One of the reasons for this attack was to disrupt this plan. The Israeli model is considered to be a working model for Ukraine. Israel is a strategic ally of the United States, and the United States is a strategic ally of Ukraine. Therefore, it is impossible to claim that we could theoretically sell such weapons.

According to Petro Chernik, the weapons would still need to be transported by sea or overland, which is impossible.

"We cannot do anything like this through Iran because we have imposed sanctions on this country for at least fifty years ahead. Through other countries, such as Egypt, Syria, or Jordan, it is also impossible to do so because we would need the appropriate logistical routes. Therefore, any information related to the sale of weapons to 'Hamas' is nothing more than an information-psychological operation," Chernik explained.
