In the occupied territory of the Luhansk region, the Russians have begun dismantling mining equipment from mines and exporting everything "cut out".

This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, Artem Lysohor.

The dismantling of equipment has begun at two coal mining enterprises in Dovzhansk: the "Chervonyi Partizan" and "Dovzhansk Capital" mines.

All equipment available for dismantling at the direction of new investors is being transported to the territory of the Russian Federation. Miners at one of the enterprises have already been warned about future long-term vacations.

According to Lysohor, in accordance with the decision of the "LPR government," the mines are transferred for a nominal fee and without competitive bidding. Thus, the Russians independently decide whom to entrust with the destruction of the coal mining industry in the Luhansk region.
