The bulk carrier Primus, flying the flag of Liberia, has departed from the port of Odessa and is heading towards the Bulgarian port of Varna.

As reported by Andriy Klymenko, the head of the Black Sea Strategic Studies Institute project, this vessel under the flag of Greece arrived in Odessa on February 20, 2022, and changed ownership while staying in the Ukrainian port.
