The Security Service has blocked three more channels of illegal transportation abroad of Ukrainian citizens of military age. As a result of a large-scale special operation, six organizers of illegal "trafficking" were detained in several regions of Ukraine.
For the money, they offered potential conscripts to covertly leave Ukraine under the guise of participants of the volunteer movement.
The cost of such "services" ranged from 1.5 to 8 thousand dollars. The amount depended on the region of residence and the urgency of departure. The corresponding "orders" were accepted only after full prepayment.
Thus, a criminal group was neutralized in Kyiv, which "registered" evaders as carriers of humanitarian aid.
For this purpose, the attackers created a fictitious charitable organization through which they entered unreliable information into the "Shlyah" electronic system.
Another channel of illegal migration is blocked in Zhytomyr region. It was organized by a local businessman who guaranteed men of draft age a "ticket to the EU" under the guise of drivers of international flights.
For the conspiracy of criminal actions, the businessman worked only with proven "clients", whom he sought out through personal connections in the region.
In addition, a criminal group was exposed in Chernivtsi, which tried to transport potential conscripts abroad, bypassing checkpoints, through the so-called "green".
However, thanks to the prompt response of the Security Service, all criminal schemes were promptly exposed, and their organizers were arrested.
So far, five persons involved have already been notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 332 (illegal transportation of persons across the state border) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Two of them have already been remanded in custody.
Investigations are ongoing to bring all the guilty parties to justice.
