The shipyard has a package of orders for six months in advance, all the docks are occupied, but the factory workers have found a way out. In one of the docks, two small vessels already standing there were "packed", and "Khaksa" became the third. The shipyard workers noted that the positioning of the third vessel in one dock was quite difficult.

A special commission was set up in connection with the incident with the Khaksa in the Black Sea port.

“The pilot of any vessel in the port water area and mooring to the berth is carried out by the captain of the vessel, taking into account the recommendations of the pilots,” says the acting director of the port, Alexander Popov. - The presence of a pilot on board does not relieve the captain of the ship from responsibility for navigating the ship. The master of the ship must report the peculiarities of the management of his ship, any limitations or malfunctions of equipment, engines, ship devices, etc. known to him".
