The Ukrainian startup OneNotary, which provides online notarial certification services, has announced the closure of a $5 million Series A round and the beginning of a partnership with DocuSign.
The round was led by Jackson Square Ventures with participation from DocuSign founder Tom Gonser, as well as u.ventures, DocuSign Ventures, GoodPaper Ventures, Digital Future, and The LegalTech Fund.
The funds raised by OneNotary will be directed towards accelerating marketing and sales efforts, strengthening partnerships, and developing the product to meet the demand for online verification services.
"Since its founding in 2020, OneNotary has been experiencing rapid growth, with tens of thousands of notaries and clients using the product. Over the past year, the company has doubled its revenue, and its market of notaries nationwide has grown to over 30,000," noted Ivan Zinkov, co-founder and CEO of OneNotary.
OneNotary is an online notarization platform in the USA founded by a Ukrainian team. Through OneNotary, clients can receive notarial services remotely, without the need to visit a notary in person.
DocuSign is an American company headquartered in San Francisco, California, that enables organizations to manage electronic agreements using electronic signatures across various devices.
