The online platform based in Ukraine, powered by artificial intelligence to assist with communication in English, Grammarly has joined the special legal space Diia.City.

This was announced in an order from Olexander Borynyakov, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, as reported by DOU.

Limited Liability Company Grammarly Ukraine became a resident of Diia.City on October 30. According to YouControl, it was established on September 23, 2024, with a statutory capital of 10 million UAH.

The main activity of Grammarly Ukraine is computer programming and software publishing in particular. The director is Volodymyr Lysiuk, and the 100% owner is Grammarly, INC. from the USA.

In September, the Ministry of Digital Transformation team held a meeting with Grammarly's leadership. During this meeting, Mykhailo Fedorov, along with deputies Alexander Borynyakov and Valeria Ionan, met with CEO Rahul Roy-Chaudhury to discuss the development of AI in Ukraine.
