The U.S. State Department announced a visit of Trump's special representative to Ukraine

President Donald Trump's special representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, will visit Germany, Belgium, and Ukraine from February 13 to 22 to discuss ways to end Russia’s war in Ukraine with allies, the U.S. State Department announced.

"Assistant to the President and Special Presidential Envoy for Russia and Ukraine Keith Kellogg will travel to Germany, Belgium, and Ukraine February 13-22 to advance President Trump’s goal of securing peace through strength in Ukraine and upholding the national security interests of the United States of America," the statement reads.

Kellogg will participate in the Munich Security Conference and visit NATO and EU headquarters in Brussels, where he will discuss with European allies their willingness to work with the U.S. on ending Russia’s war against Ukraine and restoring stability in Europe.

In Kyiv, Kellogg plans to meet with Ukrainian officials and "people who have bravely endured nearly three years of war."

The State Department emphasized that "Special Presidential Envoy Kellogg will participate in the Munich Security Conference and will visit NATO and EU headquarters in Brussels, where he will engage with allies and partners across Europe who are willing to work with the United States to end Russia’s war against Ukraine and restore stability in Europe. In Ukraine, he will meet with government officials and private citizens who have bravely endured almost three years of war.."

Kellogg also posted on X about his trip to Europe, saying:

"Heading to Europe to meet with Allies & partners who are ready to work with the U.S. to achieve President Trump’s goal to end the war in Ukraine and restore stability in Europe. Looking forward to productive meetings to get things moving swiftly."
