Customs and border services of Poland will not require any permits from Ukrainian carriers for bilateral transportation. The issue has been resolved. This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine, Serhiy Derkach, on Facebook.
"The Polish side has resolved the issue of truck crossing. Polish customs and border services will not require any permits for bilateral transportation. So all Ukrainian transport vehicles that are performing bilateral transportation can freely cross the border in accordance with the 'transport visa' ", the statement said.
According to Derkach, the movement has already begun at the crossing points "Shehyni – Medyka", "Nyzhankovychi – Malhovytsa", "Uhryniv – Dolhobychiv", "Krakivets – Korczowa". It is expected that the truck passage will begin soon at other crossing points.
The deputy minister also recalled the terms of transportation according to the Agreement on the liberalization of cargo transportation, which applies to all carriers – Ukrainian and foreign.
