The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a draft agreement with the government of the Syrian Arab Republic on cooperation in the field of humanitarian demining.
The relevant order No. 685-r dated July 13, 2026, was published on the Government Portal.
"Approve the draft agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of the Syrian Arab Republic on cooperation in the field of mine action, specifically regarding humanitarian demining," the document states.
Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Ihor Bezkaravainyi has been authorized to sign the agreement.
