Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed laws extending martial law and general mobilization for another 90 days.

According to the laws published on the Verkhovna Rada's website, martial law and general mobilization will remain in effect until Oct. 31, 2026.

This marks the 20th consecutive extension of both martial law and general mobilization since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The Verkhovna Rada previously approved the legislation, with 313 lawmakers voting to extend martial law and 311 voting in favor of extending general mobilization.

With the president's signature, the laws have completed the legislative process, ensuring the uninterrupted continuation of Ukraine's martial law regime and mobilization measures through the end of October 2026.
