At the Nordic Deep Tech Business Summit (NORDEEP) in Espoo, Finland, Ukraine will be represented by 10 innovative startups.

YEP Accelerator, in partnership with Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, and the Seeds of Bravery project, has unveiled the list of Ukrainian participants at this year’s NORDEEP conference.

NORDEEP is the largest business conference in Northern Europe dedicated to deep-tech startups and scientific innovations. It brings together investors, corporations, and tech companies working in sectors such as biotech, cleantech, renewable energy, smart cities, mental health, and other high-tech fields.

In 2025, Ukraine will participate for the third time, presenting 10 startups ranging from R&D teams with deep scientific expertise to companies offering scalable solutions:

  • Aspichi — a VR platform for mental health therapy with audio guidance from doctors.
  • Soft Way — an AI assistant for organizing, managing, and optimizing business trips.
  • DOFamine — a motion simulator controlled via a brain-computer interface (BCI) for the rehabilitation of veterans and patients with neurological disorders.
  • Explogen — biotechnological solutions for creating and studying microorganisms and developing new medicines.
  • Geodesic.Life — eco-friendly geodesic dome houses made from natural materials, assembled quickly, providing energy-efficient, comfortable living while cutting CO₂ emissions by up to 70%.
  • HEFT — an AI-powered system that determines the optimal time for cow fertilization, detects animal health issues, and increases farm profitability.
  • MARVILON — a technology for monitoring dust and gases in industrial processes, helping companies in heavy industries improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Peony — Ukraine’s first flushable, biodegradable sanitary pads free from microplastics, designed to dissolve in water.
  • Sirocco Energy — wind turbines that help businesses reduce electricity costs by 2-4 times and increase energy independence.
  • Synteza — a platform that generates synthetic data and trains AI in computer vision, enabling robots, drones, and machines to "see."

Eight startups were selected through an open competition, while two joined via the EBRD Star Venture business support program. They will present their solutions to international investors, venture funds, accelerators, and municipal representatives.

NORDEEP 2025 will take place on October 2-3 in Espoo, Finland.
