On the night of September 24 (from 18:00 on September 23), the enemy launched an attack with 152 strike drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types, from the directions of Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Hvardiyke (occupied Crimea), about 80 of them being Shaheds.
The aerial attack was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, drone units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
Preliminary data as of 09:00 indicate that air defense systems shot down or suppressed 126 enemy drones of Shahed, Gerbera, and other types across northern, southern, eastern, and central Ukraine.
Impacts from 26 strike drones were recorded at 7 locations, and wreckage from downed drones fell in 2 locations.
