According to the results of the first ten months of 2024, Ukraine's economy grew by 4.2%. The main drivers of growth remain the transport, construction, and manufacturing sectors, as reported by First Deputy Minister of Economy Oleksii Sobolev.

"Thanks to recovery programs and increased demand for construction work, the construction sector continues to show an upward trend. The transport sector, particularly the stable operation of the grain corridor, is another key contributor. Also, demand for products from the manufacturing industry, especially the defense industry, is driving growth in this sector," said Oleksii Sobolev.

GDP growth in October 2024 compared to October 2023 was 1.3%. Transport, manufacturing, and construction continued to show strong positive dynamics, while agriculture experienced a decline due to the early harvest this year. By October, farmers had already completed the harvest of certain crops.
