Mix Line LLC of Chernomorsk (Odessa region), which deals with cargo transportation, received, on February 4, from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) the authorisation to buy shares of Odessa Airport Development LLC (Kyiv), which will let the buyer get over 25% of the voting shares on the company’s board.

The founder of Mix Line LLC is Liudmyla Shinkarenko. She is also the founder of Agro-Aldmish LLC and Phoenix Security Agency LLC.

As already reported, in 2011, the disposal of municipal property of Odessa International Airport took place in favour of private economic entities. The alienation resulted from the creation by Odessa City Council and Odessa Airport Development of Odesa International Airport LLC, in which charter capital the property of municipal enterprise Odesa International Airport was transferred. The beneficial owners of this deal were the local Odessa entrepreneurs Boris Kaufman and Alexander Granovsky. At the same time, the city’s share in the newly created company remained at 25%.
