Ukrainian esports team NAVI has won another tournament in Counter-Strike

Ukrainian esports team Natus Vincere (NAVI) triumphed in the final of the IEM Rio 2024 Counter-Strike tournament, defeating the German team MOUZ with a score of 3:1.

The finals took place on Sunday evening in a best-of-five format, earning NAVI $100,000 in prize money and a spot in the upcoming IEM Katowice 2025 competition. This marks NAVI's sixth consecutive final, bringing them closer to breaking their own record.

The team consists of two Ukrainians and three international players:

  • Valeriy "b1t" Vakhovskiy
  • Ihor "w0nderful" Zhadanov
  • Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen (Finland)
  • Justinas "jL" Lekavicius (Lithuania)
  • Mihai "iM" Ivan (Romania)

The coach is Andriy "B1ad3" Horodenskyi from Ukraine.
