Unmanned Systems Forces (USF), in cooperation with the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov, the SSU, and the Special Operations Center A, struck facilities at the Mariupol Sea Trade Port.

“As a result of the strike, the port’s energy, repair, and administrative infrastructure was damaged, as well as facilities that ensured the operation of port logistics,” the USF said in a Telegram statement on Wednesday.

As a result of the attack, the port was left without electricity. Ukrainian forces emphasized that the Russia’s ability to use Mariupol as a logistics hub has been significantly limited.

The port was used by Russian forces for military logistics, as well as for the illegal export of Ukrainian grain, coal, and metal to Russia.

“Systematic strikes on the enemy’s military and resource infrastructure will continue as long as the Russian Federation continues its armed aggression against Ukraine,” the statement said.
