As of April 4, Russian forces deployed seven ships into the Mediterranean Sea, including three missile carriers with 20 Kalibr missiles.

This is stated in the message of the Command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

There is one enemy ship in the Sea of ​​Azov.

During the day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the passage of the Kerch-Yenikal Strait was carried out by:

  • to the Sea of ​​Azov — 14 vessels, of which 6 vessels continued their movement toward of the Bosphorus Strait;
  • to the Black Sea — 24 vessels, of which 7 vessels continued their movement toward the Bosphorus Strait.

The specified vessels operated on civilian vessels in the waters of the Sea of ​​Azov violating the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), turning off automatic identification systems (AIS).
