Ukrainian Navy hit Russian naval asset in Sevastopol

During the night of June 11, Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out a missile strike on an object of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet in occupied Sevastopol.

This was reported by the Ukrainian Navy.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine used the Neptune coastal missile system to strike the target. The attack hit a facility in Streletskaya Bay in Sevastopol, occupied Crimea.

As a result of the strike, storage sites for weapons and military equipment belonging to the Russian Black Sea Fleet were destroyed. On the morning of June 11, the pro-Ukrainian Telegram channel “Crimean Wind” reported a nighttime missile impact near Streletskaya Bay, noting a fire in the area of a military unit following the attack.

It was also reported, citing local residents, that parts of Sevastopol experienced power outages after the explosion, and there were additional strikes and a fire in the area of Kazacha Bay.
