The Ukrainian airline SkyUp Airlines has received permission to operate flights to the United States. Specifically, the airline has been granted the FAR129 certificate as a foreign air carrier, allowing it to operate flights in U.S. airspace. Four Boeing 737-800 aircraft in the airline's fleet that we submitted in the application have been cleared to fly in US airspace: UR-SQB, UR-SQC, UR-SQF, and UR-SQP.

After a temporary halt in operations in 2022, SkyUp Airlines resumed its services through a "wet lease" arrangement. This means that the airline provides its aircraft along with Ukrainian crews to other European companies. Currently, SkyUp Airlines operates flights to the following countries:
- Georgia
- Spain
- Italy
- Slovakia
- France
- Croatia
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Czech Republic
- Austria
These destinations are part of the airline's flight network.
