According to LUN data, Uzhhorod has become the most expensive city in Ukraine for renting an apartment, surpassing even Kyiv. The average monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Uzhhorod is 18,000 UAH, exceeding the cost in Kyiv.

Top 5 Cities with Highest Rental Prices:

  1. Uzhgorod – 18,000 UAH/month
  2. Lviv – 16,500 UAH/month
  3. Kyiv – 15,000 UAH/month
  4. Chernivtsi – 12,000 UAH/month
  5. Ivano-Frankivsk, Kropyvnytskyi, Poltava, Rivne – 12,000 UAH/month
