Ukrainian high jumper Yaroslava Mahuchikh won the silver medal in the 2025 Diamond League final in Zurich, Switzerland.
This is Mahuchikh’s fifth consecutive medal at the decisive stage of these prestigious competitions. In 2021, she also won silver and later claimed gold three times.
This time, Mahuchikh cleared 2.02 m.
The victory went to Australian Nicola Olyslagers, who cleared 2.04 m, while British athlete Morgan Lake finished third with 2.00 m.
Another Ukrainian, Yuliya Levchenko, completed the Diamond League final with her best result in five years, clearing 2.00 m. Overall, Levchenko competed in her sixth Diamond League final, having previously won three silver medals from 2017 to 2019.
