From September 23 in all regions of Ukraine, the "yellow" level of epidemiological danger will be established. The decision of the State commission of TEB and the state of emergency.
On September 21, an extraordinary meeting of the State Commission on Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergencies took place. Heads of regional state administrations also joined the forum.
The State Commission heard a report by Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko on the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 in Ukraine and considered introducing a "yellow" level of epidemic danger in all regions of the country.
Therefore, the yellow level of epidemiological danger in all regions of Ukraine will be set from September 23. In particular, it is forbidden to hold mass events with more than one person per 4 square meters within this level. m. area of ââthe building or territory, occupancy of cinemas and halls of other cultural institutions more than 50% of seats, gyms and fitness centers not more than one person per 10 square meters, etc. At the same time, the requirements for the yellow level are relaxed for the vaccinated.
The participants of the meeting paid particular attention to the coverage of educators with vaccination. Taking into account the discussion, the State Commission instructed the heads of regional and Kyiv city state administrations to take measures to:
- opportunities to involve in the process of vaccination, including teachers and employees of educational institutions, the possibilities of existing vaccination points in educational institutions;
- ensuring the possibility and organisation of vaccination, including teachers and employees of educational institutions with the help of field mobile vaccination sessions in the absence of permanent vaccination points in educational institutions;
- informing and proactively inviting to vaccination not only teachers and employees of educational institutions but also their relatives and relatives of students to existing vaccination points in educational institutions and during mobile vaccination sessions.
