The head of the Mykolaiv OMA, Vitaliy Kim, in an interview for the YouTube channel “All Such Mongait†on the evening of June 2, summed up his results of 100 days of a full-scale war in Ukraine.
If we sum up 100 days, we would like to have 100 days - and we have already knocked them out and won, but, unfortunately, this is not the case. It is already moving into some kind of tactical defense or holding positions. The Russians are digging in. It is obvious that their plans are to hold the positions, and not go on the offensive. He also stressed that to recapture the territories, we are waiting for weapons:
In any case, we'll knock them out here. A matter of time and loss. But here in the South, no one is waiting for them.

At the same time, Kim stressed that he was not ready for a compromise - to give Russia 20% of the territory of the country already captured by it.
I already see such a narrative in all the media - Russian, American and European. The soil is being probed - what do the people of Ukraine and the president agree, what kind of compromise: what if the territories are without people? And if there are fewer victims, will you agree to this? Unfortunately, I understand Russia's negotiating position. It is this: we do everything until we hit the wall, and therefore let go a little back. This is like that. We don't agree to anything. Principle. We will fight to the last, we will take all our lands.
