The Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, in an interview with "Ukrainska Pravda," commented on the current situation in the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war. He provided evidence of Russia's involvement in supporting Hamas terrorists and discussed how the war against Israel could impact support for Ukraine. According to Kyrylo Budanov, several facts indicate the Russian footprint in the war between Hamas and the State of Israel, including:

1. The transfer of firearms by Russian special services to terrorists.
2. The placement of a Russian satellite into geostationary orbit over Israel for reconnaissance purposes.
3. The emergence of Kremlin propaganda radio broadcasts in Lebanon.
4. The use of kamikaze drones during the attack.

The use of FPV drones is considered a unique feature of our war, as explained by the Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. He emphasized that the people who have experienced the theater of military operations in Ukraine were the ones who could develop and utilize such technology. Since it wasn't available to anyone else but the Russians, it indicates their involvement.

Kyrylo Budanov also shared his thoughts on the potential impact of the Israel conflict on international support for Ukraine. He mentioned that if the Israel conflict remains limited in time, lasting only a few weeks, there shouldn't be much concern. However, if the situation drags on, there may be difficulties as not only Ukraine but other countries will require arms and ammunition supplies.

According to Kyrylo Budanov, the behavior of authoritarian countries and their support for terrorist groups is pushing the world towards a global war.

"In terms of overall geography, we see several conflicts that may initially appear to be regional, except for Ukraine, but they are all interconnected, involving the same countries. So yes, I believe that we are rapidly approaching a global war," said the Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

He also mentioned that Ukraine is currently making every effort to save its citizens in the conflict zone in the Middle East.

"A significant number of Ukrainians are in Israel, and there are several hundred people in the Gaza Strip. This is a significant problem. Recently, a group of children was evacuated from territory controlled by Israel. What to do with the Gaza Strip is a question that we are all working together to address. It is a top priority," emphasized Kyrylo Budanov.
