March 16th has been declared a day of mourning in the city of Odessa to honor the memory of the victims of the tragic events resulting from the Russian attack on the city, which led to loss of lives.
On this day, the State Flag of Ukraine and the flag of the city of Odessa will be lowered with black ribbons on buildings.
Enterprises, institutions, and organizations in the city are advised to limit the use of music and refrain from organizing entertainment events.
