Russia has initiated a chain reaction of "undermining traditional rules and agreements," which essentially means: provoke, attack, openly kill civilians, behave as aggressively as possible, because such a model of "public behavior" will induce paralysis in political elites, strengthen their reluctance to make decisions, their irrational fear, partially freeze a synchronized collective harsh response. This is why today we see the unwillingness to definitively adopt a consolidated decision on the importance of Russia's strategic defeat dragging the world into an era of total instability, a sharp increase in the appetites of the global terrorist alliance, and a rejection of international law. It is time for mandatory and tough decisions," wrote Mykhaio Podolyak in his Telegram channel.
