The Odessa born Fedir Serdiuk entered the European list of 30 under 30 in the Social Impact category of Forbes Europe. Fedir is engaged in training in the provision of first aid.

In 2014, Ukraine-born Fedir Serdiuk quit university to join the Red Cross Rescue Team following the Ukrainian Revolution. He went on to found first aid training programme FAST to spread access to the skills he learned to more than 130 corporate partners. When the pandemic hit last year he pivoted, launching an infectious disease safety consulting operation for industrial partners like Metinvest, one of Ukraine's largest private companies.

Fedor Serdyuk lobbied for the installation of defibrillators in crowded places. So, thanks to the FAST initiative, such a device was installed at the Odessa airport. Defibrillators are common equipment in Europe and the USA. This device, which can be easily operated by a person without medical education, can save the life of people with a heart attack. Which usually happens suddenly.

Everything that I have done for the last 7 years has been subordinated to one task - to preserve people's lives and health, - said Fedor. - And first aid training for military, police, company employees. Both the development of the first rescue chatbot and sophisticated industrial safety audit and consulting projects were aimed at saving people.

According to Fedir, security has never been as relevant as it is today. Many companies are interested in training personnel in the basics of safety and how to properly act for a person when there is a threat to life. And when Fedir was only 23 years old, he received an invitation to participate in the International Economic Forum in Davos.

I have always imagined this person in a very specific way. Literally, I saw his face. A wounded soldier. The guy whose heart stopped on the subway. A HR manager who had a stroke at work. An assembler who fell from a height. Those whom we (thanks to our clients and partners) returned HOME LIVE
