Oleksandr Sirskyi: Our main task is to ensure a reliable defense, prevent the loss of occupied positions and frontlines on the Kupyansk and Lyman directions

The operational situation on the eastern fronts remains challenging. The adversary is determined not to abandon their plans to reach the borders of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and is persistently preparing to seek revenge and regain the operational initiative.

On the Kupyansk direction, the enemy is completing preparations for assault units and daily shelling our positions with artillery and mortars.

On the Lyman direction, the replacement of troops with units from the 25th army, which were formed and transferred from Russian territory, continues.

On the Bakhmut direction, fierce battles are ongoing, as the enemy attempts to hold onto the captured positions. However, our units are heroically pushing the aggressors step by step away from our native land.

In such challenging circumstances, it's crucial to make immediate and correct decisions, responding to changes in the enemy's actions and the threats they pose.

My work in the military units of the Joint Forces Operation in Lyman and Soledar was dedicated to addressing these issues. Together with the commanders of the JFO, brigade-level commanders, we considered all possible scenarios of the enemy's actions and made the most effective managerial decisions.

Our main task is to ensure a reliable defense, prevent the loss of occupied positions and frontlines on the Kupyansk and Lyman directions, and successfully advance forward to reach specified objectives on the Bakhmut direction.
