Construction works have been recorded on the territory of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone.
Information about the new construction was published by the Telegram channel Dnipro Osint, which analyzed satellite images of the site.
Work has begun in the southern section of the zone, where the development area covers about 340 hectares.
The construction of new production workshops started in May 2026.
The facility is located about 1,200 km from the border of Ukraine, near the city of Yelabuga in Tatarstan. It is used for the production and assembly of kamikaze drones of the Shahed / Geran type in various modifications.
