Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office, Mykhailo Podolyak, stated that there would be no compromise on an immediate ceasefire to preserve the Ukrainian territories occupied by Russia. He made this statement on his Twitter microblog. According to Podolyak, the only basis for negotiations with Russia regarding the end of the war is the "peace formula" proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

"There can be no compromise positions like 'immediate ceasefires' and 'talks here and now' that would give Russia time to remain in the occupied territories. The only option is the withdrawal of Russian troops beyond the borders of 1991," emphasized Podolyak.

He urged not to rely on illusions, stating that any "Minsk-3" agreement would only continue the war in the future. Many countries that once misjudged Russia and its intentions are now realizing the need to abandon illusions and address Russia's disregard for international law," Podolyak highlighted.
