The strength of the Russian invaders in the Izyum direction does not consist of linear units but of units of BARS, SOBR, mobilized by the L/DPR.

Military expert Roman Svitan told this to the publication Nastozshchee Vremya (Current Time).

“Before the airborne troops were taken away, the Russian linear units from near Izyum were transferred to the Kherson direction … About half remained there. I think 10-15 thousand people, about 15 BTG. These are not linear units but parts of BARS, SOBR, mobilized by the "L/DNR". The combined chaos is obtained," the military expert explained.

On September 6, military pilot-instructor and expert Roman Svitan said that on the right bank of the Dnieper, near the captured Kherson, there are more than 20 thousand Russian invaders, and they were practically suicidals.

And today, in a new report, ISW experts noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced at least 20 km deep into the Russian-controlled territory north of Izyum towards Kupyansk and recaptured about 400 square kilometers on September 6-7.
