On the night of November 11, Russian forces attacked critical infrastructure in the Odessa region with strike drones, injuring one person.
According to Odesa Regional Governor Oleh Kiper:
“despite the active work of air defense forces, several civilian energy and transport infrastructure facilities were damaged. Fires broke out at several energy sites as a result of the strikes, but they were promptly extinguished by rescuers. A Ukrainian Railways depot and administrative buildings were also damaged.”

Preliminary reports indicate that one person sustained shrapnel injuries.
Critical infrastructure in the region is currently operating on generators.
Law enforcement agencies are documenting another series of Russian war crimes.
