Russian attacks across several Ukrainian regions over the past day killed at least three civilians and injured dozens more, according to regional authorities.
In Kharkiv region, one person was killed and 22 others were injured after Russia attacked Kharkiv and 15 surrounding settlements with two missiles, seven guided aerial bombs, seven 500-kilogram high-explosive bombs and 39 drones, including Geran-2, Molniya and FPV UAVs.
In Kharkiv city, strikes hit the Shevchenkivskyi, Slobidskyi, Industrialnyi and Osnovianskyi districts. A 40-year-old woman was killed, while a 54-year-old man and a 10-year-old boy were injured. Fourteen other people, including a 17-year-old girl, suffered acute stress reactions. The attack damaged 20 private homes and several vehicles.
Elsewhere in the region, Russian strikes damaged warehouses, a fuel station, 40 garages, an outpatient clinic, residential buildings, educational facilities and administrative buildings. Additional civilians were injured in Izium, Lozova and Zolochiv.
In Sumy region, Russian forces launched nearly 80 attacks on 24 settlements in 20 communities, injuring nine people, including a 15-year-old girl. The military used guided aerial bombs, artillery, mortars, FPV drones and other UAVs.
Residential buildings, shopping facilities, warehouses, vehicles and civilian infrastructure were damaged across the region. The heaviest shelling was recorded in Sumy and Shostka districts.
Zaporizhzhia came under another wave of attacks early on July 27. Russian forces struck the regional capital with guided bombs, FPV drones and Shahed drones. A 67-year-old man was killed when a guided bomb destroyed a private house. Rescue workers pulled a 22-year-old man alive from the rubble, while a 53-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man were injured after a drone struck an apartment building.
Regional Governor Ivan Fedorov said Russian forces carried out 917 attacks on 45 settlements across Zaporizhzhia region during the previous day.
In Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces attacked Dnipro and three districts more than 20 times using drones, artillery and a guided aerial bomb. In Dnipro, strikes damaged an industrial enterprise, apartment buildings, shops and vehicles.
In Nikopol district, attacks on Nikopol and the Marhanets community damaged a kindergarten, infrastructure, apartment blocks, private homes and a bread kiosk. A six-year-old boy and a 59-year-old woman were injured.
Russian strikes also damaged a gymnasium, an enterprise and a private house in Synelnykove district, while an attack in Pavlohrad sparked a fire.
In Donetsk region, three civilians were injured, including two in Kramatorsk and one in Dobropillia. Regional authorities said the overall civilian toll since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion has reached 4,236 killed and 9,960 injured, excluding casualties in occupied Mariupol and Volnovakha.
In Mykolaiv region, Russian drone strikes targeted port infrastructure, damaging three civilian vessels. A 48-year-old man who had been injured in the attack later died. Russian forces also attacked the Ochakiv and Snihurivka communities with FPV and Molniya drones.
In Kherson region, seven civilians were injured after Russian forces attacked 32 settlements with drones, aircraft and artillery. The strikes damaged 13 apartment buildings, six private homes, an ambulance, a mobile communications tower and several civilian vehicles.
