Russian attacks continued across Ukraine over the past 24 hours, striking multiple regions and causing casualties, injuries, and significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
The Kherson region suffered the loss of two lives and four injuries as a result of Russian strikes, the head of the regional administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported on Telegram. Numerous settlements, including Antonivka, Sadove, Zelenivka, Prydniprovske, and Kherson city itself, came under drone, air, and artillery attacks. Three private houses and a vehicle were damaged during the assaults.
Donetsk region also reported casualties, with one person killed in Kostyantynivka and four others injured, according to regional governor Vadym Filashkin. The overall toll of Russian attacks in the region now stands at 3,735 dead and 8,460 injured, not including Mariupol and Volnovakha.
In Lviv region, combat drones and cruise missiles damaged an energy facility, a woodworking enterprise, and a warehouse, according to Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration. Firefighters extinguished a blaze at one of the sites. Although there were no casualties, emergency power outages have been implemented to stabilize the system after multiple energy facilities were attacked.
Sumy region faced nearly 50 strikes on 22 settlements across 14 territorial communities, including Sumy and Shostka districts. Russian forces used cruise missiles, drones, and FPV drones to target civilian infrastructure, private homes, and farm buildings.
Kharkiv region saw 46 people injured, including two children aged 9 and 13, as Russian forces targeted Kharkiv city and eight nearby settlements. The attacks involved one guided aerial bomb, 24 Heron-2 drones, two FPV drones, and 25 other drones. Damage included 16 apartment buildings, 31 cars, a garage cooperative, a medical substation, a supermarket, two trolleybuses, and several administrative and non-residential buildings. Railway infrastructure in Lozova was also damaged.
In Dnipropetrovsk region, five people were injured in Synelnykivskyi district, including a 42-year-old man in serious condition. The attacks involved guided bombs on Mezhyvska community, as well as FPV drone and artillery strikes in Nikopol district, affecting Chervonohryhorivka and Marganets communities and severely damaging a gas station.
Ivano-Frankivsk region reported three injuries, including two children, as Russian forces targeted energy infrastructure, causing damage to one household, according to Svitlana Onishchuk, head of the regional administration.
In Cherkasy region, a combined attack damaged a power line and several houses, with no casualties reported. Falling drones ignited dry vegetation in Zolotonosha district, and the blast waves shattered windows and roofs in nearby villages, causing damage to several homes.
In Chernihiv region, a residential building in Semenivka, Novhorod-Siverskyi district, was hit by a drone overnight. A fire broke out but was quickly extinguished, according to the State Emergency Service.
In Khmelnytskyi region, a Russian overnight strike damaged a power line in Shepetivka district, leaving 27 settlements without electricity and nearly 2,000 households in the dark, the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Tyurin, reported. Windows in one private house were also damaged.
