In the Odessa region, on the night of October 13, Russian unmanned aerial vehicles attacked a civilian industrial facility.

This was stated by the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper.

"The enemy again attacked the civilian infrastructure of Odesa region," Kiper noted.

Despite the active work of air defenses and the downing of enemy UAVs, the attack resulted in strikes on objects of civilian use.

A large-scale fire broke out over an area of more than 5,000 sq. m. The blaze engulfed several warehouse premises where fabrics, clothing, and packaging materials were stored. According to preliminary data, one person was injured.

Works to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack are ongoing, Kiper remarked.

As reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, one vehicle also burned. The elimination of the attack’s consequences was complicated by the high fire load and the absence of firefighting water supply at the facility.
