Taking advantage of weather conditions, the Russian army has intensified pressure on the city of Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region.
This was reported by the 26th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo on Facebook.
The Russian troops are attempting to build up forces and is employing all available types of weaponry, including multiple launch rocket systems.
Ukrainian defenders are holding the city’s defenses. In the area of responsibility of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade, the number of eliminated Russian troops over the past week has doubled compared to the previous week.
Over the past week, the Russian army in this sector has lost 62 personnel killed and 34 wounded, 425 drones of various types, two artillery systems, two ground drones, six vehicles, 13 communications antennas, three electronic warfare systems, four weapons and ammunition depots, as well as a number of fortifications and generators.
