A Russian attack on Odessa during the day on July 21 damaged a residential building and injured three people.
The attack was reported by Serhii Krasylenko, deputy head of the Odesa City Military Administration.
"The enemy struck one of the city's central streets. Three people were injured," Krasylenko said.


According to him, two of the injured were hospitalized: a 17-year-old boy with shrapnel wounds to his back and a 23-year-old woman with a leg cut. Another person received medical assistance at the scene.
Emergency crews are currently working to deal with the aftermath of the attack. A residential building was damaged.
