Over the past 24 hours, the Russian forces carried out 591 strikes on 20 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region. A 66-year-old woman was injured in an attack on the Polohy district, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported on Telegram.
“Russian forces carried out six airstrikes on Huliaipole, Omelnyk, Poltavka, Malynivka, Bilohirya, and Uspenivka. 432 drones of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Komyshuvakha, Bilenke, Kamiane, Chervonodniprovka, Plavni, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Yurkivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Olhivske, and Preobrazhenka,” the report said.
According to Fedorov, three strikes from multiple-launch rocket systems hit Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, and Mala Tokmachka. 150 artillery strikes were carried out on the territories of Plavni, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.
Fedorov noted that 57 reports were received regarding damage to private houses, apartments, vehicles, farm buildings, and infrastructure facilities.
Two people were killed as a result of a Russian guided bomb strike on the Polohy district of Zaporizhzhia region. The Russians attacked the village of Omelnyk with guided bombs. Houses were destroyed, and in one of them a married couple—a 64-year-old man and woman—died.
Donetsk region
On August 31, the Russian army killed two residents of Donetsk region and injured eight more, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported on Facebook. According to him, the Russians killed residents of Bilytske and Iverske. Eight other people in Donetsk region were injured.
Filashkin emphasized that the total number of Russian victims in Donetsk (3,442 dead and 7,930 injured) does not include Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Kherson region
In Kherson region, over the past 24 hours, one person was killed and 13 others were injured as a result of Russian aggression, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported .
According to him, the settlements affected by drone attacks and artillery shelling included Bilozerka, Kozatske, Vesele, Beryslav, Inhulets, Antonivka, Vysoke, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Sofiivka, Mykilske, Ponyativka, Darivka, Sadove, Kizomys, Prydniprovske, Naddnipryanske, Nadiivka, Chornobaivka, Novovorontsovka, Novoraisk, Odradokamianka, Burgunka, Dniprovske, Zmiivka, Zolota Balka, Ivanivka, Lvivove, Mykolaivka, Monastyirske, Osokorivka, Tokarivka, Tomaryne, Tyahynka, Urozhayne, Chervonyi Mayak, and Kherson.
Four apartment buildings, 14 private houses, farm structures, a private garage, and vehicles were damaged. Due to Russian aggression, one person was killed and 13 others were injured, Prokudin emphasized.
Dnipropetrovsk region
The Russian army carried out strikes on Nikopol and Synelnykove districts in Dnipropetrovsk region, causing damage, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported.
According to him, the Russian forces shelled Nikopol and the Myrivska, Marhanetska, and Pokrovska communities of Nikopol district with artillery and attacked them with drones. Three private houses and a power line were damaged. According to updated information, one private house in Nikopol caught fire due to evening strikes, and another was damaged. In the Pokrovska community of Synelnykove district, the enemy targeted a drone attack, causing a fire at a farm.
