Dnipropetrovsk region
On the morning of November 3, Russian forces launched a missile strike on Dnipro, injuring 1 person. According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko, a fire broke out as a result of the attack but was later extinguished. A 37-year-old man sustained injuries.
Russian troops also used artillery and FPV drones to attack Nikopol.
Following the November 2 strike on Pavlohrad, another injured man, aged 73, sought medical help and will be treated on an outpatient basis. In total, four people were injured in the city that day.
Kherson region
In the Kherson region, one person was killed and eight others were injured over the past 24 hours as a result of Russian attacks. According to the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, Russian forces carried out drone strikes, air raids, and artillery shelling targeting numerous settlements, including Oleksandrivka, Bilozerka, Tomyna Balka, Beryslav, Komyshany, Mykilske, Nova Kamianka, Stanislav, Kizomys, Sadove, Antonivka, Chornobaivka, and the city of Kherson itself.
8 apartment buildings, 9 private houses, an administrative building, and several private vehicles were damaged.
Prokudin reported that one person was killed and eight others were injured as a result of the attacks.
Mykolaiv region
Overnight, Russian forces attacked the Mykolaiv region with Shahed-type drones, damaging energy infrastructure.
According to Vitalii Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, power outages occurred in 12 settlements, but electricity has since been fully restored. No casualties were reported.
At around 2:58 a.m., Mykolaiv city came under attack by Shahed drones. A fire broke out in a hardware supermarket but was extinguished by rescuers. Buildings at a car service station, two vehicles, and windows in an apartment building were also damaged. No injuries were reported.
Sumy region
Russians attacked the Trostianets community in the Sumy region with strike drones. According to preliminary reports, one person was killed, as reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov.
"This night, the enemy attacked the Trostianets community with strike UAVs. The Russians cynically targeted people — deliberately, at night, when they were sleeping. According to preliminary information, one person was killed," he said.
It is noted that rescuers pulled three people from under the rubble, and they are receiving the necessary medical assistance. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
