In the Russian Federation, police measures are being intensified to ensure the declared mobilization. In the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions, Arkhangelsk, Volgograd, Voronezh, and Rostov regions, available large premises for accommodating the mobilized (including sports facilities) have been released. Representatives of the military commissariats conduct an "explanatory campaign" among men regarding personnel military service in the Russian Federation.

Immediately after the announcement of mobilization, in the town of Taman, Krasnodar Krai, police officers began house-to-house rounds of the population to serve summonses to men of the conscription age. The mobilized arrive at the Temryuk district military commissariat, are formed into teams, and sent to replenish the military units that suffered significant losses during the hostilities. Upon arrival at collection points, all available means of communication are confiscated from people. Appropriate training is not provided in educational centers.

To prevent the "uncontrolled" movement of men and to maximally cover the population with a wave of mobilization, there are joint checkpoints of the police and representatives of the military commissariat on the A289 highway near the district center of Temryuk.

In general, the mobilization in the Krasnodar region is of a mass nature. It is known that about 30% of the conscripts are men who have no military service experience and received officer ranks after graduating from military departments in higher educational institutions.

In the village of Tyotkino, Kursk region, searches are carried out in the houses of the local population on an ongoing basis. Representatives of the special services encourage people to report on each other, trying to find people who communicate with Ukrainians and have acquaintances or relatives on the territory of Ukraine. As a result, locals avoid conversations with ordinary and close people. The roads in the direction of the district center are blocked, and the exit of the civilian population is prohibited.

In the Chuvash Republic, the recruitment of conscripts was suspended on September 23. The republic's leadership reports fully implementing the draft plan and is awaiting further orders.
