Slovakia has already transferred to Ukraine all 13 MiG-29 fighter jets, which the country's government had previously decided to provide to our country to counter the Russian invasion.

The Minister of Defense of Slovakia, Yaroslav Naď talked about this, writes Aktuality.

After Ukrainian pilots handed over the first four fighters in March of this year, the remaining 9 aircraft have also been successfully handed over to Ukrainian forces.

"This transfer was carried out by land transport taking into account maximum security, once again a huge thank you to all involved forces, because in such cases it is a really important and complex logistical operation," Nad' emphasized.

On March 17, at an extraordinary online meeting, the Slovak government decided to transfer 13 MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine.
