Special forces from the Alpha Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine carried out a successful strike on a coordination center and deployment site for Russian FSB personnel located at a boarding house in the occupied Kherson region, the Ukrainian security service reported.

“According to preliminary estimates, around 100 military personnel may have been present at the FSB coordination center. SSU intelligence also confirmed that more than 70 vehicles were located at the facility, which was protected by armed guards, equipped with checkpoints, engineering fortifications, and underground shelters,” the SSU said in a Telegram statement on Monday.

The agency said that 13 SSU drones struck the FSB personnel deployment site during the special operation.

“A large-scale fire broke out as a result of the strike,” the SSU reported.

“The SSU continues to carry out tasks set by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy aimed at reducing the military and economic potential of the aggressor state. Such special operations inflict significant losses on the enemy in temporarily occupied territories, disrupt command and coordination systems, force Russian forces to deploy additional resources to protect their own facilities, and significantly complicate logistics and the supply of FSB units,” the Ukrainian security service said.
