Today the UEAF is pleased to announce an inspiring collaboration with the The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts . Thanks to the generous donation of 50’000 USD from our partner we’re now able to establish a stipendiary program for Ukrainian artists and cultural workers.

Public organization "Museum of Contemporary Art" / MOCA NGO

MOCA NGO unites representatives of artistic and expert communities working with contemporary art in Ukraine, systematically develops the sphere, and advocates the necessity to create a new type of museum institution in our country.

The operational board of the UEAF will select 20-25 artists from the Fund’s applicants to support their professional activity. The stipendiaries will get three-months stipends to enable them to continue/resume their work.

Securing fundings from the Andy Warhol Foundation of the Visual Arts enables us to fulfil UEAF’s commitment to support development needs of Ukrainian art community and ensure the visibility of Ukrainian culture in Ukraine and abroad.

Since 24th February 2022, when Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, MOCA NGO has been focusing on the projects that are particularly relevant during the war days and afterwards.

The Andy Warhol Foundation for the first time in its history giving the financial support to the project outside the USA.
