The Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert Brovdi (Madyar), confirmed strikes on the Russian oil refinery in Ryazan and an oil depot in occupied Luhansk. He reported this on Telegram.
According to the commander, the strikes were carried out by the military of the 14th Regiment of the Unmanned Systems Forces together with the Special Operations Forces, the Main Intelligence Directorate, and other components of the Defense Forces.
Brovdi noted that the Ryazan refinery is one of the four largest oil refineries in Russia.
The organization ATESH stated that their agents had conducted reconnaissance of the oil depot back in August, which allowed the strike to be successfully adjusted. The targeted facility supplies fuel to the Russian 41st and 20th combined-arms armies.
