On 28 November, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine put up for public auction the assets of IDS Ukraine, the producer of the well-known mineral water brands “Morshynska” and “Myrhorodska.” Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced this on Telegram.
The Asset Recovery and Management Agency launched the collection of tender bids at 09:30. It will run until 18:00 on 12 December 2025.
The auction itself will take place on the Prozorro platform in December 2025, the Prime Minister said.
The state will transfer to management the corporate rights of companies that ensure the full production cycle—from water extraction to distribution.
Under the terms of the competition, the profits from IDS Ukraine’s operations will be directed to the State Budget of Ukraine, except for the manager’s remuneration.
The Government expects at least 24 million UAH per month in budget revenues.
The group’s assets have been under arrest since 2022, as they belong to Russian oligarch Lex Friedman, who is under sanctions from the U.S., the EU, the U.K., and Ukraine.
