The Security Service of Ukraine has blocked three new channels of illegal departure from Ukraine of citizens of conscription age.

Criminal groups involved in the organization of illegal activities included officials from medical institutions and local government bodies. Criminals offered assistance to evaders in illegal migration to neighboring European countries based on forged documents or through the so-called 'green corridor'.

The cost of such 'services' ranged from $2,500 to $5,000. The amount depended on the method and urgency of departure.

In Odessa region:

individuals were detained who facilitated the departure of their clients abroad under the guise of 'accompanying' fictitious individuals with disabilities to foreign medical institutions.

To carry out the overseas 'trip', the suspects provided vehicles with drivers.

However, after crossing the state border, the 'carriers' and participants of the scheme returned to Ukraine, while the evaders stayed outside the country.

Furthermore, during the investigation, it was determined that one of the organizers strongly supports the 'Russian peace' ideology. She repeatedly posted her pro-Kremlin views and supportive comments about Russian war crimes on the banned social network 'Odnoklassniki'.

Members of another criminal group facilitated their clients' departure abroad through pre-prepared 'forest paths' outside border checkpoints.

In Ivano-Frankivsk region:

a criminal group involved in organizing illegal migration was exposed, consisting of three individuals. They included a medical worker, her relative, and a former head of one of the departments of Kalush City Council.

The suspects sold fake medical certificates of disability to potential conscripts.

The evaders then used the forgery to leave the country.

Currently, all exposed organizers of the schemes have been notified of suspicion. Investigations are ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crimes and bring the guilty parties to justice.

The criminals face up to 9 years of imprisonment.

Comprehensive measures were carried out by SSU employees in Odessa and Ivano-Frankivsk regions in cooperation with the National Police under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office.
